OLD BOY CARR LIFTS LEAGUE (CARLING) CUP

Even though he has long since departed from this Club it was nice to see ex SKB player Stephen Carr play a leading role both as a player and captain when he led Birmingham City to victory over Arsenal in the League Cup (Carling) Final at Wembley yesterday.  This is Carr’s second League Cup winners medal having previously been part of the Spurs team who beat Blackburn in the 1999 final.
